This August, Gandia once again becomes one of the main meeting points for live music with a new edition of the Mediterránea Festival, taking place on 13, 14 and 15 August 2026 at Parc d’Ausiàs March.

Three days of concerts, summer atmosphere and plenty of ways to enjoy the city from a different perspective, combining music, beach, gastronomy and some of the plans that make Gandia one of the liveliest destinations on the Valencian coast during August.

The Mediterránea Festival 2026 line-up brings together a wide range of artists from Spain’s indie and alternative music scene.

Line-up by day:

  • Thursday, 13 August: Ultraligera · Carlos Ares · Ginebras · Lisasinson · Kitai

  • Friday, 14 August: Love of Lesbian · Miss Caffeina · Zahara

  • Saturday, 15 August: La M.O.D.A. · Siloé

The line-up is also completed by other artists and DJs performing throughout the three-day festival. A programme designed to turn Gandia into a meeting point for those looking to enjoy live music at the height of summer.

Mediterránea Festival also takes to the streets

The experience is not limited to the festival site itself. Through initiatives such as Mediterránea al Carrer, the programme also includes free concerts in Plaça de l’Ajuntament, bringing part of the festival atmosphere right into the city centre.

This makes the event a great opportunity to explore the streets, discover new corners of Gandia and enjoy the lively atmosphere that fills the city during those days.

What to do before the concerts?

If you are attending Mediterránea Festival, you can make the most of the day with other plans such as spending the morning at the beach, taking a walk along the Passeig Marítim de Neptú, or enjoying an afternoon of shopping at MYO Gandia.

The festival’s location makes it easy to combine the concerts with a full day in the city, which is especially appealing for those travelling from other towns to spend the day or the whole weekend in Gandia.

“Mediterránea Festival adds three days of music and atmosphere to a summer that attracts residents and visitors year after year.”
